Most Important Invention in History

Electricity is obviously the most important invention in history. Without electricity, where would we be today? Think of everything that needs electricity to work properly. (computers, lights, phone, tv, shower, fridge, etc.) This list goes on and on. Electricity is used every single days of our lives. It's almost impossible to avoid using it. Some people believe that Thomas Edison invented it, while others seems to give the credit to Mr. Ben Franklin, but no one actually knows who 'invented' electricity because it has been around for tons of years. If electricity didn't exist, life would be greatly different. No fridges or freezers to preserve food, no lights to see, and no television to keep our eyes glued to. Electricity is the number one invention in my book.

Suicide

Physician assisted suicide should be outlawed in my opinion. Nobody should be allowed to professionally help someone commit suicide. If someone wants to commit suicide, they should go see a physcologist to receive help. I don't understand why someone would want to get paid to help someone commit suicide. If someone's life is that bad, they should be getting counseling to help improve their life and thought process. To me, helping an individual commit suicide is morally wrong and should be against the law. Committing suicide is one of the worst ways to die because God decides when you die. So please, if someone is thinking about committing suicide, don't encourage them and help them to succeed in doing that, instead, seek help from a physcologist for them.

Nebraska weather

Unpredictable. That is the easiest way to describe it. One week it snows, the next it's sixty degrees. I wish Nebraska weather wasn't so crazy. There's harsh winters and scorching summers. The worst part of Nebraska weather is of course, the snow. It's the middle of October and it is already snowing. What happened to fall?

My Goal

To me, having goals are important. If you do not have any goals, you have nothing to motivate you to better yourself. One goal of mine in particular is graduate in the top of my class and receive a good scholarship for college. My goal is to be on first honor roll every quarter and receive a great ACT score. In order to do so, I must work hard and get good grades. I want to go to the school of my choice, and not have to worry about how much it cost. But then again, I must get good grades and a high ACT score. Sometimes people set goals that are unbelievably hard to reach, but in my case, that is not a problem. I set goals that are reachable.

Voice's to be heard

I believe kids have trouble having their voices be heard because older kids don't enjoy listening to kids who are younger than them. Kids need to be patient and eventually their voice will be heard. Also, some kids are too scared to get in front of large crowds. If kids can not be so scared, they can let their voice be heard. Also kids can use other forms of communication such as writing, texting, and emailing to have their voice heard. It does not always have to be verbal communication. So kids, lose your fear and let your voice by heard by using some type of communication.

i hate snow

Snow. Thinking of the word makes me cold. I wish snow never even existed because there's nothing good about it. For one, it's cold. Who enjoys being cold and wet? Secondly, snow causes many problems to drivers. When snow is on the road, it causes many accidents and troubles for drivers trying to reach their destination. Kids may love playing in the snow but once they are done, they are constantly coughing, have a runny nose, and find it impossible to become warm. Even though winter hasn't even begun, I can't wait until it is in the past. All in all, I hate snow.
